Bespoke integrations
Bespoke integrations that connect your platforms to Central
Every business has a system or two that nothing else talks to. Our bespoke integrations connect them to Central ERP, built by the same in house team that builds Central, then fully supported and maintained for as long as you use them.
Why choose a bespoke integration from our team
One version of the truth
Orders, stock, customers and jobs flow between your platforms and Central automatically, so nobody re-keys data or works from yesterday's figures.
Built by the people who build Central
Our in house developers know Central inside out, so integrations follow the way the system works rather than fighting against it.
Fully supported and maintained
We monitor every integration we build and update it when the other platform changes, so it keeps working without you having to chase anyone.
Secure from the start
Integrations use secure, authenticated connections and respect Central's role based access control, so data only goes where it should.
What we can connect
If a platform has an API, a data feed or a regular file export, we can usually connect it to Central. Typical examples include:
Suppliers and wholesalers
Price lists, stock availability and order updates from the portals and feeds your suppliers provide.
Online shops and marketplaces
Orders, products and stock levels kept in step with the places you sell online.
Industry and line of business systems
The specialist software your sector depends on, sharing records with Central instead of sitting on its own.
Finance and payment tools
Banking, payment and finance platforms beyond the standard accounting integrations.
Legacy and in house systems
Older databases and tools you built yourselves, connected without a risky big bang replacement.
Reporting and data feeds
Scheduled imports and exports for the reports, partners and customers that need data from you.
How a bespoke integration works
- 01
Tell us what you use
A short conversation about the platforms you rely on and what should flow between them and Central.
- 02
We scope and quote
We look at what each platform offers and give you a clear price before any work starts.
- 03
We build and test
Our team builds the integration and tests it with your data before it goes live.
- 04
We support and maintain it
Once it is live, we look after it, monitor it and keep it up to date as the platforms change.
How bespoke integrations are priced
Bespoke integrations are available as an add on to the Standard and Complete plans, and can be built into a Custom plan. Each one is quoted individually after a free scoping conversation, so you know the cost before you commit.
Tell us what you would like to connect
Let us know which platforms you use and what you would like them to share with Central. Our UK team will come back to you to talk it through, with no obligation.
Bespoke integrations: your questions answered
What is a bespoke integration?
A bespoke integration is a custom connection built between Central ERP and another platform your business uses, so information flows between them automatically. It is designed around your systems and processes, rather than being an off the shelf connector, and our in house team builds, supports and maintains it for you.
How much does a bespoke integration cost?
Each bespoke integration is quoted individually, because the work depends on the platform and what needs to flow between the systems. After a free scoping conversation we give you a clear price before any work starts. Integrations are available as an add on to Standard and Complete, or as part of a Custom plan.
Who supports a bespoke integration once it is live?
We do. Every bespoke integration is built and maintained by our in house team, the same people who build Central ERP. We monitor it and update it when the other platform changes, so you have one UK based team to call rather than a chain of third party developers.
Can you connect a system that has no API?
Often, yes. If a platform can export or import files on a schedule, or offers a data feed, we can usually connect it to Central ERP. During the scoping conversation we look at what each system offers and recommend the most reliable way to connect it before you commit to anything.
