Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work, and analytics cookies only if you accept them. Our cookie policy lists every cookie and explains how to change your choice.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with suppliers who help us run the website and our business, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:
- Website and database hosting: 20i, in a UK data centre
- Email delivery: 20i and Microsoft
- Central ERP hosting: Microsoft Azure, in EU data centres
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
The details you send us are stored in our own Central ERP system, where we manage our enquiries, customers and newsletter.
We may also share data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, for example with professional advisers.
International transfers
Our website and its database are hosted in the UK. Some of your data is stored or processed outside the UK:
- Our Central ERP system is hosted on Microsoft Azure in EU data centres. The UK recognises the EU as giving your data an adequate level of protection.
- Google Analytics, which runs only if you accept analytics cookies, may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Google is certified under the UK Extension to the EU US Data Privacy Framework, which the UK also recognises as adequate.
How we keep it safe
Our team has a background in managed IT and cybersecurity, and we apply the same standards to our own website. Connections to the website are encrypted, access to submitted data is restricted to named staff with individual accounts, changes are recorded in an audit log, and stored passwords and credentials are encrypted.
