Sales & Customers
An EPOS system for business that keeps tills, stock and accounts in step
Central ERP includes an EPOS system for business that connects every sale at the counter to the rest of your business. Stock levels, customer records and financial figures update as you trade, so you spend less time reconciling at the end of the day and more time serving customers.

Why a connected EPOS system for business makes a difference
Stock you can trust
Every sale reduces stock in real time, so you know what is on the shelf and what needs reordering without a manual count.
Faster end of day
Takings flow straight into your financial records, cutting the time spent reconciling tills against separate spreadsheets.
Customers who come back
Link sales to customer records to recognise regulars, understand what they buy and offer a more personal service.
Point of sale features
Quick checkout
Process sales simply at the counter, with products, prices and quantities drawn from the same catalogue the rest of the business uses.
Live stock updates
Each sale updates inventory immediately, giving you an accurate view of stock across every location.
Customer lookup
Find or add a customer at the till and attach the sale to their record for a complete purchase history.
Multiple locations
Run tills across more than one site from a single system, with figures for each location kept separate and comparable.
Sales reporting
See what is selling, when and where, using the same reporting tools that cover the rest of your business.
Linked to finance
Sales recorded at the till feed directly into your financial records, removing double entry between systems.

Point of Sale (POS): your questions answered
What is an EPOS system for business?
An EPOS system for business is the software used to record sales at the till or counter. In Central ERP, point of sale is part of a wider business system, so each sale updates stock, customer records and finance at the same time. That removes the manual reconciliation needed when your tills run separately from everything else.
Can a POS system link to inventory management?
Yes. In Central ERP, the POS system and inventory management share the same data. When an item is sold at the till, stock reduces immediately, so you always know what is available and what needs ordering. This helps prevent stockouts, over ordering and the surprises that come from counting stock by hand.
Can I use Central ERP POS across several shops?
Yes. Central ERP is built to support businesses with more than one location. You can run point of sale across several shops or sites from a single system, see performance for each location separately and compare them side by side, while stock and customer information stays consistent across the whole business.
Do I need a separate system for POS and accounts?
No. With Central ERP, sales recorded at the till flow into your financial records automatically. If your accountant prefers to keep using Xero, QuickBooks or Sage, Central ERP integrates with those packages too, so your books stay up to date without anyone retyping daily takings from one system into another.
How much does an EPOS system for business cost?
With Central ERP, point of sale is part of the platform rather than a separate till system, priced per user: Standard is £40 and Complete is £80 per user per month, excluding VAT, with Custom plans for larger needs. Our team will confirm which plan suits your tills, stores and sales volumes.
Can I see till takings from home or head office?
Yes. Central ERP is a cloud system, so sales recorded at the till are visible from anywhere with an internet connection and the right permissions. Owners and managers can check takings, stock and performance by location without waiting for end of day reports or visiting each shop in person.
Can I control what till staff can access?
Yes. Central ERP uses role based access control by user, role, location and department. Till staff can be given access to the sales screens they need without seeing financial reports, payroll or other sensitive information. Managers can be given wider access for their own store or for the whole business.
