The number available depends on your plan: 2 on Free, 10 on Standard and 50 on Complete. Each can follow its own procedure and connect to the relevant records.
What is a condition based workflow?
A condition based workflow is an automated process that runs when certain conditions are met. For example, an approval can be requested when an order exceeds a set value, or a follow up task can be created after every install. You define the condition once and Central ERP applies it automatically every time.
Do I need a developer to set up automations?
No. Central ERP's custom tasks and automations are designed to be configured by the business, not built by programmers. Our UK team can help you map your processes and set up your first workflows during implementation, so you can confidently adapt and extend them as your business changes.

In Central ERP, custom tasks and automation come with the platform. The Free plan includes 2 custom task types, Standard at £40 per user per month includes 10 with automations, and Complete at £80 includes 50. Prices exclude VAT, and Custom plans are available for businesses with larger needs.
