How much does ERP cost for my business?
With Central ERP, ERP pricing for SMEs starts at nothing. The Free plan covers up to 50 customers and 100 products. Standard is £40 per user per month for a minimum of 5 users, and Complete is £80 per user per month for a minimum of 10, with a Custom plan for specific requirements.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no monthly charge and no time limit. It includes CRM for up to 50 customers or organisations, up to 50 sales a month, two custom task types and inventory for up to 100 products. When you outgrow those limits, you can move to Standard or Complete.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can start on the Free plan and move up to Standard or Complete as your business grows. Your data stays in the same system when you change plan, so there is nothing to migrate and no disruption for your team. Our UK team can advise on the right time to upgrade.
What is the difference between Standard and Complete?
Standard suits growing businesses, with 10 custom task types, automations, up to 5,000 products and five locations. Complete removes the product and location limits and increases custom task types to 50, so it suits established businesses with larger catalogues, more sites or more varied processes to automate.
Do Central ERP prices include VAT?
No. All Central ERP prices exclude VAT. Standard is £40 per user per month plus VAT and Complete is £80 per user per month plus VAT. The Free plan has no charge at all, and Custom plans are priced around your requirements after a conversation with our UK team.
How is ERP pricing calculated?
Central ERP pricing is calculated per user per month: multiply the number of people who need access by the plan price, excluding VAT. Standard is £40 per user with a minimum of 5 users, so it starts at £200 a month. Complete is £80 per user with a minimum of 10, from £800 a month. Custom plans are quoted individually.
Which plan suits a business with several locations?
It depends how many sites you run. The Free plan covers 2 locations and Standard covers 5, while Complete has unlimited locations and unlimited products. If you run more than five shops, warehouses or depots, Complete is usually the right fit, and our UK team can confirm the best plan for your setup.
Can I use my own domain with Central ERP?
Yes, on Standard and Complete. The Free plan runs at your own yourbusiness.central-software.com address. Standard includes one custom domain and Complete includes ten, each of which can be linked to a location so staff sign in to the right location automatically. Extra domains on Complete are £5 a month each.
